Yin Yoga

Enhanced Flexibility, Circulation, and Recovery

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced practice that involves holding postures for extended durations—typically 3 to 5 minutes. This technique effectively targets deep connective tissues, including fascia and ligaments, through sustained stretching. The practice not only enhances flexibility and joint mobility but also promotes improved blood circulation, contributing to overall physical health and well-being.

Yin Yoga activates the parasympathetic nervous system, facilitating profound relaxation and effectively reducing both mental and physical tension. How to Register

To secure your spot, simply complete your registration by transferring the course fee. Your registration for online Training sessions is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

When making the payment, please include:

  • The purpose of payment (e.g., "Yoga Class 01.01.2020")

  • Your email address (use "mustermann(at)gmx.de" instead of "@", as this character cannot be entered in the payment reference field).
